MPEG-II Standard Definition Encoder
is a Real-time broadcast quality encoder compliant for DVB, it convert
the analog AV signals during D/A converting and MPEG-II compressed
encoding, multiple connection to output the single program transport
streams(SPTS) support for DVB standard.
